Project Planning and Management

This involves project planning, management and coordination, feasibility studies, design co-ordination with the team, meeting project timelines, identification of priorities, budget and program planning and control, contractual matters, co-ordination of specialist contractors, construction supervision, commissioning and hand over. 

We also undertake Quality Assurance on all projects undertaken by the company or the company’s staff to the Client’s satisfaction while conforming to statutory and regulatory requirements.
